Livvy cooked a brilliant lunch today and what could be more tastier than fried rice, paneer, and cucumber salad? We are officially off rice for many months now, and eat healthy food only. But with so many carrots and beans in the house we thought of having fried rice today. Rice is very unhealthy, it makes you be so sleepy I will not even consider an otherwise opinion about it even if you show me scientific reasons for rice to be good.
Livvy made the curry all by herself. I was not allowed to see the ingredients she put in while making the paneer curry, she will write the recipe herself on this blog for you 🙂 Since we have gone vegan you don’t see any meat here, but if you would like to add meat you can go ahead and have it with meat curry instead of paneer. Recipe will be posted soonish! ❤
