We’ve been getting a lot of emails asking us if we use some fancy gadget or apply heavy edits, because lately we’ve been posting real good photographs (we agree the photos look great, and that’s not because of the gadgets or edits)
Hello, world! Welcome to our blog, this is our space for everything ranging from fashion to food, and today we’ll be sharing another recipe right from our breakfast table to yours. We’ll get to it in a moment but before that let me clarify few things. My sister and I do not use fancy cameras, we have one digicam and one phone, no DSLR or SLR, and absolutely no heavy editing. If you look at our pictures you will notice that we only add the watermark and our insta url, and may be decrease the brightness in few pictures. We love taking pictures during different times of the day, so playing with daylight is our thing! Apart from that, my sis and I take photos from different angles, throw in some florals, and keep it as simple as possible. We believe photographs talk more when you have minimal edits or better, no edits at all.
Now, let us jump into this smoothie recipe , might not be the yummiest/sweetest but you know all healthy things don’t taste the best.
- Apple slices – 2 to 3
- Banana slices – 7 to 10
- Milk – 1 glass for 1 serving
- Cinnamon dust
We mentioned it before here that apples are not good when taken on an empty stomach, the acid can react badly, happened to me once and lesson learned. Banana, on the other hand, is kind of neutral (but if it is the first thing you have in the morning and you puke it out then for certain it reacted badly with your empty stomach, don’t do that again. We all have different systems and foods behave differently with our bodies).
Blend the apple and banana slices with milk.
Add few ice cubes and blend a little again.
Pour it out and sprinkle cinnamon dust on top.
Make sure you have more of banana and milk and less of apples because we really don’t want the malic acid and ascorbic acid and wtf acids to react.
Add honey or raisins if you like (we skipped this part)
We always write it for all our food posts that you should first check with the people if they have food allergies or are lactose intolerant, please do that before you serve any recipes to anybody. With so many people having food allergies you can never be too careful!
